Viola is very friendly, caring and responsible. She took notes when we introduced our 2 cats to her. While we were away, she sent loads of photos and gave us updates about the cats. One of our cats was a bit ill, she treated him with special care and make sure he got meds in time. I’d highly recommend her to all the cat owners as she has so much love for cats and knows how to take good care of them.

Viola was really great. She was a great communicator and sent a lot of information, pictures, and details. Our shy cat(s) came to her for attention and treats. 100% recommended and will book again if possible.
