Chen was absolutely wonderful for our cats! She dealt with all our demand with great care. She sent us daily photos and updates of everything she was doing step by step. She even diligently searched for our shy ones that tucked away in their special hiding spots, just to make sure everyone was safe and accounted for. Because of her impressive work we could truly relax and enjoy our vacation without a single worry. We highly recommend her and will definitely be asking her to sit for us again.

This was the first time I used the service, and like many others, I was nervous about leaving my cats with someone else, at my home. Now, thinking back, I feel silly as Chen was magnificent. She was very punctual, and sent plenty of videos and photos. I gave her a list of things to make sure of, and she did every single one without any issues. Will 100% be asking her to come back again!

If i could give more than 5 stars, i would. Chen helped me and my cats through a very difficult time. She helped more than i asked her and without any hesitation. Definitely recommend to everyone who needs someone to trust.
