Vivienne is lovely and took very good care of our cats while we were traveling. Both of our cats are shy and can be nervous around people they don’t know well, but they didn’t hide from her when she first came for a meet and greet and even let her pet them. That’s some kind of magic! I’d be happy to have Vivienne watch them again in the future.
