Ella is the best cat sitter - she saved my CNY holiday to come and look after Yun while I was travelling. She is a very warm and fun person, a great communicator and sent pictures and videos. I'm really happy to have met her and look forward to catching up as friends soon :)

Ella was very responsive to my texts, my must-do list for the cats 😆 and did a great job checking in on them for six days. I highly recommend her!

Ella is a fantastic cat sitter! She visited our little cat daily whilst on holiday and she provided many photos and video updates every day. This really reassured us, as it’s always worrying leaving your fur baby at home! She played nicely with him, brushed him, cleaned his little tray well and was concious about how much food he was eating and kept a track of that. I’m sure my cat looks forward to when Ella can come and visit again!

Ella took fantastic care of my young puppy and cat as our housesitter. Ella not only managed all of the (substantial) demands of a very young pup, but was also sensitive towards the needs of my very timid cat. She was consistent with sending updates and videos, and she kept the apartment clean and tidy. I'd highly recommend Ella.
