Nina was an amazing sitter! She was very responsive and sent us lots of picture and video updates so we know what our dog was doing :) Lulu (our dog) apparently trusted Nina and had a lot of fun with her :P

Unfortunately, we were not happy with Nina's service. We discovered that she had not stayed for the full hour we were paying for, and also found that our lovely little dog was different on the days we returned home after Nina had been. Our dog was reluctant to go on her leash and Nina had told us that she had been 'pulling' the dog to make her move. Also, we have had previous sitters who have been brilliant, keeping us updated whilst they are with our doggy. However, we found that we had to message Nina to ask if she had arrived, whether the dog had been to the toilet, or eaten, whether she had walked her and generally how our dog had been. Whilst we do not expect updates every minute, it would have been nice to have some clue as to what was happening when the sitter was there. We also asked how the dog had been on her walk outside one of the days and Nina told us that she had not taken her further than the outside of the building.
