Unfortunately, I think we both underestimated the necessary time commitment as I often found myself waiting for the check ins. Between being a picky eater and the medications, my cat requires a fair bit of time or someone who's very adept at applying medications. We were so lucky to get help from Andrea during the CNY holiday. She was so kind with our old cats and gave them extra attention. The daily communication with pictures and videos made us relax and trust that the cats were in safe hands and everything was handled very well. Very professional and responsible.
