Soo is an incredible pet sitter! From the moment we met, I knew she was someone I could trust. She asked thoughtful questions about my cat, his routine, personality, and everything he might need while we were away.My cat is extremely antisocial and very afraid of people. He doesn't even let my husband pet him most of the time, so I was worried about leaving him with someone new. But Soo was so patient and caring. Day by day, she earned his trust, and by the end of our trip they had become friends! He wasn't scared of her anymore, he let her pet him, and they even played together. That meant the world to me. Throughout our vacation, Soo kept us updated with lots of messages, photos, and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. When we came home, the apartment was spotless, and the transition was so much easier than we expected. My cat was much happier and less stressed than after previous trips.
