We left our 2 dogs to Crystal and her husband and they did an incredible job taking care of them. They send frequent updates and understand their special needs. One of our dog has separation anxiety but they knew how to handle the situation and our dog felt safe and at home in her first few hours at their place. They gave lots of treats and unlimited playtime which our dogs loved！we cannot recommend them enough and we’ll be returning customer in the future.

My husband and I are the animal lovers. There are one dog and 3cats in my home. We live in an apartment with 3bedrooms and 1 living room. We used one bedroom face to south with plenty of sunny as a boarding room， also equipped with 24hrs centre ventalitation，aircondition and professional air purifier（branded Blue Air）as well. Besides that，before accept the new furry friends boarding，we will use the ultraviolet light to disinfect the boarding room，carge ，bowel and litter box.（the carge especially for those cats are nervous in changing the environment，we will use the carge to let them calm and adapt it，usually we will let the well trained dogs carge-free）For providing the better service，we have prepared disposable sleeping mattress for every single pet. Provide fresh water by using Brita filter. Make sure two times walk the dog every day. Every pets have required to be dewormed and vaccinated.
