Punctual with visiting and taking care of my cat every day at the same time while I was on vacation plus sending pictures and videos, timely response to feedback and requests like cleaning drainage in cat’s eyes etc; only negative is that I found my cat’s dried puke in some places which the sitter neglected to clean up. Would book again!

Xiao was a great petsitter. My cat Willow is very timid with strangers. But Xiao knew how to make her feel safe, and Willow felt very comfortable in Xiao's presence in no time. Xiao also sent plenty of photos and videos, and she kept the apartment clean and tidy. I'd highly recommend Xiao.
