Jinyu was amazing: very responsible; easy to communicate with; and our dog kiwi fell in love with her. Glad to have her housesit kiwi, looking forward to booking jinyu again to take care of kiwi again soon.

Absolutely DO NOT recommend. As the saying goes, no good deed goes unpunished. I requested this sitter last minute, since I decided to return home due to the virus. Because of the lateness, I offered to pay her double the normal cost. I paid $2100 on the website and $2100 through Alipay b/c I was appreciative. I also left some money there to take care of incidentals such as water. As time went on, I decided to remain in my home country longer due to the virus so I continued to pay her double the regular rate. On the last day, she messaged me to say she had purchased my cat some food and was asking for 288 reimbursement. I asked about the money I left for incidentals and she stated she used it for water and toilet paper. Okay. Fine. Then, she proceeded to show me a screenshot where she contacted Spareleash to complain and find out about if I need to pay her for shampoo and body wash because I was out of it. Obviously, it is not my job to supply her with personal essentials. And, even...
