Cheng H. did a great job sitting the cats over holiday. Was attentive and caring and loving and playing with the cats. they took to her right away and were very happy to see her each day. Some difficult tasks were asked of her daily but she took them in stride and got them done. Great job to manage the cats for each day and give them care and attention they needed. Highly recommended pet sitter. Thanks again.

Cheng has cat sit for Nemo and Nora many times. We completely trust her as she is the best with communication and the love she gives to our fluffies!!

Cheng was the first person I had in mind to check in our two cats when a family emergency came up. She was professional, caring, and thoughtful (like always) and we cannot thank Cheng enough!!💚

She has been the truly perfect pet sitter! My cats are usually scared of strangers and would hide a lot, but they got used to her in half an hour, I was so shocked! We can definitely feel that she loves cats, she played with them, had cuddles sessions, my cats spent a lot of time on her laps and shoulder! Additionnally, she takes tons of pictures and videos to send you, which is great when you're on vacation, to receive adorable videos to see that everything is going well. She definitely rocked every single task I gave her and even took initiatives, asking me beforehand. She has knowledge when it comes to cat hygiene, food types, and overall cat well-being. I definitely would recommend her to anyone who's looking for a loving, caring and super professionel pet sitter.

Cheng helped us during CNY checkins with an issue with our cat’s eye. We were unable to respond due to time difference but she took charge and brought Nora to the vet. Eye medicine can be difficult to apply so we are very grateful for her effort and care. I can’t thank Cheng and the SpareLeash team for relaying information clearly during a stressful time. So professional and helpful!

Cheng is AMAZING! We cannot thank her enough for her care, love, and incredible photos/videos. She was sending beautiful captures of Nemo & Nora - turns out she’s a professional photographer! Cheng’s communication was clear and we felt comfortable and confident knowing our fluffies were in good hands. Our cats are normally timid around new people and they took to Cheng right away.
