CC looked after my cats while I was away, and I couldn't be more pleased. She is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. She sent me daily photos and updates, which gave me complete peace of mind throughout my trip. It was obvious that she genuinely cares about animals. one of my cats requires special care and has a difficult temperament. Her patience and understanding were remarkable. She carefully followed all the special instructions and managed to win her over. It's a huge relief to find a sitter who is not only reliable but also so skilled with pets that have unique challenges. I am incredibly grateful and will definitely be booking her services again. Cheng was the first person I had in mind to check in our two cats when a family emergency came up. She was professional, caring, and thoughtful (like always) and we cannot thank Cheng enough!!💚

She has been the truly perfect pet sitter! My cats are usually scared of strangers and would hide a lot, but they got used to her in half an hour, I was so shocked! We can definitely feel that she loves cats, she played with them, had cuddles sessions, my cats spent a lot of time on her laps and shoulder! Additionnally, she takes tons of pictures and videos to send you, which is great when you're on vacation, to receive adorable videos to see that everything is going well. She definitely rocked every single task I gave her and even took initiatives, asking me beforehand. She has knowledge when it comes to cat hygiene, food types, and overall cat well-being. I definitely would recommend her to anyone who's looking for a loving, caring and super professionel pet sitter.

Cheng helped us during CNY checkins with an issue with our cat’s eye. We were unable to respond due to time difference but she took charge and brought Nora to the vet. Eye medicine can be difficult to apply so we are very grateful for her effort and care. I can’t thank Cheng and the SpareLeash team for relaying information clearly during a stressful time. So professional and helpful!
