Yannick was really exceptional with my shy cat. He was very patient with her, took his time to allow her to get use to him and eventually they became best friends. I was very happy with my daily updates, Yannick was super thorough with taking pictures, videos and updates.

Yannick is excellent. He took care of my puppy by playing with him, taking him on walks, giving his medicine and sending me lots of videos and pictures making sure i am having a nice holiday without worrying about my child at home.
