We recently used Lu for the first time, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! She took the time to do a meet and greet beforehand, which immediately put us at ease. She is patient with our dogs and helped cleaned up the mess when Diandian was trying to destroy the house. We felt confident knowing they were in great hands. We highly recommend her and will definitely be using her services again!"
