Living my life with a dog has always been my dream, where I get to do basically everything with them (maybe except for showering 😂) I was lucky enough to have meet my current best friend ‘Jordan’ a border collie through a rescue team here in Shanghai. Ever since then, I have pivoted my life to have not just him, but all dogs as the center of my life. I’m now an active dog trainer and dog foster parent where I work with local rescue team to take in dogs that are most unlikely to be fostered (due to size, condition, behavior) and nurse / train them to adapt to urban living until they are ready to be adopted and integrate seamlessly into their new family. Beyond that, I also work with new adopting parent to help create their ideal dynamic with their new family member. To me, nothing has been more fulfilling and rewarding then interacting with dogs; regardless of their size, history and condition. They deserve better and we should be the reason for them to live a better life for them, and for ourselves.
